A new powerhouse in the battery and portable power market was formed today with the joining of 3 companies: Multiplier Industries Corp, Alexander Technologies, and North American Battery Company (NABC). Ampergen™ (www.ampergen.com) world headquarters will be located in Woburn, Massachusetts with US offices in San Diego, CA, Mason City, IA, Mt. Kisco, NY and UK/Europe offices in Peterlee, England.
